Weekly Poem

Each week you will be learning a poem. In class, we will practice reading the poem together and completing word activities to help you learn and understand the poem better. At home, please practice reading aloud the poem each night. On Friday, you will be responsible for reciting the poem from memory for your classmates.

Spelling Homework:

The boys should use Speller's Choice for homework on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. See below. 

Speller's Choice is what we will use for spelling homework on Monday through Wednesday. Spelling tests are on Thursday each week. The best part about Speller's Choice, is that you get to choose which activity you complete. The only requirement is that you MUST do a DIFFERENT activity EACH day and pick an activity next to the corresponding day of the week. If you need writing paper, please complete your work on the paper provided in your CAMP binder. The 2nd Trimester's Speller's Choice can be found in the CAMP Binder.

Thursday's language arts homework will usually be a reading skill or writing assignment. 

Math

The boys will have  a review sheet for homework on Monday through Thursday.
